1. Fulfillment & Processing Times (Print-on-Demand)
All items on our store—including our books, apparel, home goods, and art prints—are custom-made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, Printful and Lulu Direct.

- Books (Lulu Direct): Please allow 3 to 5 business days for printing, binding, and packaging before shipment.
- Apparel, Mugs & Accessories (Printful): Please allow 2 to 5 business days for manufacturing and packaging before shipment.
2. Split Shipments Notice
Because books are produced by Lulu Direct and our merchandise is printed by Printful, orders containing both a book and an item of merchandise will arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for split packaging, but your items may arrive at slightly different times.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and origin of the items in your cart. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination:

- United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days after fulfillment.
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days after fulfillment.
- International (US, Canada, Australia): 7 to 14 business days after fulfillment.
Please note: Total time to receive your item = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Once your item has been printed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking link(s). If your order was split into multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for your Lulu Direct and Printful shipments.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Long Man of Wilmington Decoded is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, local import taxes, etc.).

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at thelongmandecoded@gmail.com so we can coordinate a replacement with our respective printing partner. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to help us process the claim.
